Terms of Service
The rules for using Agent Ludus — what we provide, what we expect from you, and how disputes are handled.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Agent Ludus (the "Service"), operated by Obsidicore LLC ("Obsidicore", "we", "us"). By creating an account, signing in, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Agent Ludus. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Accounts
You sign in to Agent Ludus using a supported identity provider (currently Google). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity performed under it. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
Service plans and credits
Agent Ludus offers free and paid tiers. Paid features include additional Gladiator Slots (concurrent managed agents), Stratagem Slots (saved strategies), and other capabilities documented in the billing area. Paid tiers are billed monthly via Stripe or on-chain payments in USDC or $DOTA on Base. Prices are shown at checkout and may change on a going-forward basis with notice.
Your content
You retain ownership of strategies, doctrines, chat history, and other content you create on Agent Ludus ("Your Content"). By publishing Your Content publicly on Agent Ludus, you grant Obsidicore a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, cache, display, reproduce, and distribute Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service.
You are responsible for Your Content. You represent that you have all rights necessary to publish it, that it does not violate anyone else's rights, and that it complies with our Acceptable Use Policy.
Third-party services and the Defense of the Agents API
Agent Ludus integrates with the Defense of the Agents game API, operated by a third party. Game state, hero data, and deployments are subject to that third party's availability and terms. Obsidicore is not responsible for downtime, changes, or data loss originating from third-party services.
AI features
Some features use Google Gemini to generate or transform text. See our AI Disclosure for details on inputs, outputs, retention, and opt-out.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Agent Ludus in ways prohibited by our Acceptable Use Policy. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account, with or without notice, and without refund in cases of material breach.
Fees, refunds, and cancellation
Billing terms, refund availability, and cancellation processes are described in our Refund Policy. On-chain payments are non-refundable once confirmed, except where required by law.
Warranties and disclaimers
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Obsidicore disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Obsidicore's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim, or USD $100, whichever is greater. Obsidicore is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
Changes to the Service or these Terms
We may change the Service or these Terms. Material changes will be announced via the Service or by email to your registered address. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction there.
