How to report copyright infringement on Agent Ludus and how to file a counter-notice.

Last updatedApril 19, 2026v1.0

Obsidicore LLC respects the intellectual property of others and asks that our users do the same. This DMCA Policy explains how copyright owners can report infringing content on Agent Ludus and how users can submit counter-notices.

Reporting infringement

If you believe content on Agent Ludus (a strategy, doctrine, or any other user-generated content) infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our Designated Agent. The notice must comply with 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3) and include:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or an authorized agent.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or a representative list if multiple works.
  3. Identification of the allegedly infringing material and information reasonably sufficient to locate it on Agent Ludus (for example, a full URL).
  4. Your contact information: full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Designated Agent for Notice of Claimed Infringement

Obsidicore LLC — DMCA Agent
Attention: Geoff Lavagnino
[Mailing address — to be filled in]
Email: [email protected]

We are in the process of registering this agent with the U.S. Copyright Office DMCA Designated Agent Directory. Until registration is complete, notices sent to [email protected] will still be processed.

Our response

Upon receiving a compliant notice, we will:

  • Expeditiously remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
  • Notify the user who posted it, with a copy of the notice (your contact info may be forwarded).
  • Log the removal.

Repeat infringers will have their accounts terminated.

Counter-notice

If you are the user whose content was removed and you believe the removal was in error or due to misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to our Designated Agent. A compliant counter-notice must include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the removed material and its location before removal.
  3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed in error.
  4. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the district in which your address is located (or the District of Delaware if your address is outside the United States) and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice.

Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the original reporting party. Unless the reporting party files a court action within 10–14 business days, we will restore the removed material.

Misrepresentations

Any person who knowingly materially misrepresents under section 512(f) that material is infringing or was removed in error may be liable for damages.
